I just found an awesome site with tons of people who, doubtlessly, can answer some of my general questions.

They have forums for other systems too, but obviously, this is the one I was seeking. I'll still come to you guys for the accessibility stuff, though, unless I luck out and find a blind or visually-impaired user there. I'll see what happens. But I've already learned a few very important things, like the brand drivers I'll need for use with a pcmcia card adapter, so I don't necessarily need to worry about whether it'll recognise the built-in ones.
